📋 Description

• Leading and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure top-tier localization quality for video game titles. • Managing and overseeing project budgets, ensuring timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices. • Continuously monitoring localization quality and developing strategies to guarantee the highest standard of delivered content. • Preparing detailed financial reports for headquarters, while managing client and vendor accounts with accuracy. • Supporting business development efforts in EST/EDT connecting with prospective clients and representing the company. • Leading kick-off and post-mortem meetings, driving improvements in localization workflows and overall project efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills, proficiency in Japanese is a plus. • 4+ years of experience as a Localization Project Manager, with comprehensive expertise in the field. • Full-cycle localization experience, including text localization, audio, and testing. • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven by innovation and creativity. • Strong client-facing and negotiation skills, adept at managing client relationships. • Previous experience in an agency or publisher within the gaming or localization industry is essential. • Proficient with standard industry software, file formats, and localization tools such as MemoQ. • Solid understanding of internationalization and globalization principles.
