• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. • 3-5 years of HR experience, including strategic HR management. • Deep knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and talent management. • Proven experience in organizational changes (e.g., restructuring, mergers). • Strong communication and analytical skills. • Proficiency in HR tools and Microsoft Office. • Familiarity with labor laws and budgeting/compensation strategies. • Fluency in English. • Adaptability, proactivity, and organizational skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
