Description

• Architect, design, and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure and application stacks for the Ag Industry. • Evaluate, define and implement best practices in AI/ML, data ingestion, data mining, and analytics to drive continuous improvement. • Develop and refine test methods and processes that ensure a high level of quality and confidence. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and refine requirements for new business opportunities. • Be part of a multidisciplinary team to refine, lead, and contribute to transforming ideas into innovative commercial AI solutions. • Lead, mentor, and provide hands-on guidance to a team of developers, fostering skill development, best practices and knowledge sharing. • Document and refine architecture roadmaps, reference architectures, and standard operating procedures for our AI-based solutions. • Provide expert consultation on AI-related standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning for AI computing infrastructure. • Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI and ML to enhance the company's capabilities and competitiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years in high-level architecture design and solution development for large-scale AI/ML systems. • Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch), time series analysis, predictive modelling, and NLP. • Proven track record in implementing AI/ML solutions in industry use cases, preferably in agriculture or related fields.
