Description

• Develop high quality databases that support sponsors’ research programs. • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary study team. • Build clinical database per contracted scope, timelines, and approved protocol. • Ensure proper creation of visits, forms, and fields for data capture. • Set up data cleaning tools in the clinical database, missing data checks, and validation listings. • Work with clients and project team for effective data collection. • Ensure database compliance with relevant standards (CDASH, ICH/GCP). • Participate in continuous improvement of the department's case report form library. • Update database for protocol changes and track data management requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in programming, health-related sciences, or relevant field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. • Client-focused approach to work. • Superior attention to detail. • Understanding of clinical research and the relationship of Data Management in the clinical study process. • Strong technical aptitude and ability to adapt to multiple data management platforms. • Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, and Power Point) and ability to understand and adapt to various information technology (IT) systems. • Basic programming knowledge (Javascript).
