📋 Description
• Conduct in-depth research on emerging healthcare technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements • Assist in the development and implementation of population health analytics tools and dashboards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for stakeholders • Contribute to the development of best practices for data governance and interoperability standards • Assist in evaluating and implementing healthcare IT solutions that align with organizational goals
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred • 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, focusing on population health management and/or interoperability • Understanding of healthcare IT ecosystems, EMR/EHR systems, and data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) • Familiarity with healthcare analytics platforms and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability regulations and standards, including the Cures Act • Experience with population health management strategies and value-based care models • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
