📋 Description
• The Role: Alternative Payments is looking for a seasoned Senior Frontend Engineer to take charge of our client-facing applications and drive our user experience to new heights. • Frontend Technical Leadership & Project Ownership: Lead the design and development of high-impact, scalable front-end features using React/Next.js and TypeScript. • Innovative Feature Development: Architect and implement advanced user interfaces and interactive experiences, tackling projects from minor enhancements to major feature rollouts. • Collaborative Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams—product management, design, and QA—to define project requirements and translate them into engaging, responsive user interfaces. • Mentorship & Team Development: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching. • Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure robust testing, monitoring, and optimization of frontend applications.
