📋 Description

• Lead high-impact, digital transformation across our global Go-to-Market (GTM) organization • Create a forward-thinking digitalization strategy that optimizes GTM motions • Design and drive a long-term roadmap for digital initiatives • Assist in the assessment and selection of best-in-class digital tools • Lead Digitalization initiatives to automate complex tasks • Serve as a key advisor to senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success • Design and deliver an enablement program for GTM teams • Establish and track critical KPIs to measure the success of digital initiatives • Streamline the GTM technology stack by rationalizing tools and eliminating redundancies

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, business process optimization, or Go-to-Market operations within a software, SaaS, or technology-driven environment • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digitalization projects at a senior or principal level • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, AI-driven technologies, and advanced analytics tools • Strong ability to derive actionable insights from data • Proven track record of influencing and collaborating with senior leaders across multiple departments • Experience driving successful change management initiatives and cultivating a digital-first culture
