Description
• As a Customer Success Manager, you´ll be responsible for leading projects related to developing a positive customer experience • Serving as a trusted business partner and advisor, your role will involve deeply understanding their unique company challenges and goals. • Manage the program/project from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project. • Proactively manage, monitor, and report on the execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner across stakeholders. • Promote value through customer experience and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. • Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience. • Contribute to lessons learned exercises and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives amongst the CSM team. • Arrange productive meetings by effectively communicating and demonstrating the value of our offering to ensure high-quality interactions.
Requirements
• Native/Bilingual English proficiency. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • 3+ years of proven experience in project management operations. • 3+ years of proven experience in a sales, consulting, and/or customer-facing role working towards specific goals/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
