Description
• The Enterprise Team Leader will lead a team of developers. • Help resolve production issues for Altium 365 enterprise customers. • Leading and managing an engineering team and projects. • Collaboration with engineering teams, customers, and cross-functional staff. • Investigating and resolving performance issues and specific cases. • Writing and reviewing code (50% of the time). • Overseeing daily team operations. • Contribution to the full software development lifecycle.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience within team and project leadership • 10+ years of software engineering experience • Experience working in reputable companies with international teams • Willingness to learn Altium 365 Platform and new technologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a "Getting Things Done" attitude. • Technical skills: • Senior-level knowledge of .NET platform and C# language (.NET framework, .NET Core, REST API, etc.) • Resolving production issues (analyzing application logs, crash dumps, tracing, etc.) • Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations
