📋 Description

• Good knowledge on SAP MM, WM/ EWM in Discrete Manufacturing and Process Industries. • Deliver Business Processes of MM & WM/ EWM Modules in SAP S/4HANA Implementation, Rollouts, Supports. • Results Oriented – Meet deadlines on assignments, juggle multiple demands and to work with all types of individuals. • Ability to work both in independent and team-oriented environments with the well-developed organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with problem solving ability. • Very good written and oral communication skills. • Should be able to travel onsite, if required. • SAP process flow for processes and Master data for MM/WM/EWM. • Trouble shoots issues. • Understand the issues faced by users on day-to-day basis and provide solution to their satisfaction. • Work with the development team for providing solutions to users. • Test the developments done to ensure smooth running of SAP in the organization • Carry out unit testing & facilitate end user testing. • Assess availability of new functionalities in SAP. • Learn, demonstrate, and deploy them for customers. • Periodically assess knowledge level of users and suggest trainings. • Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in S/4HANA. • Ability to configure as well as lead master data discussions for cutover in MM &WM/ EWM. • Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering, blueprinting/ Fit-Gap Analysis & documentation designs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 to 8+ years of experience in SAP MM/WM ECC and S/4HANA • Experience in S/4HANA Implementation • At least 2 or more end to end implementation projects and 3 or more support projects. • Good skills in configuring Material Master, Purchase Requisition (PR), Request for quotation, Purchase Order (PO), Agreements, Info records, Release Procedures, Flexible Workflow, Pricing, Automatic Account determination, Inventory Management, Reservation, Transfer Posting, Stock Transfer and Physical Inventory process, valuation and batch management, split valuation, batch management, handling units, Output management etc. in S/4HANA • Good knowledge of different procurement processes like direct, indirect, third party, sub-contracting, stock transport orders, stock transfers, account assigned POs, asset procurement, consignment etc. • Should have good master data management skills including developing and working with data migration tools. • SAP Certification (preferred but not mandatory) • Should have configuration knowledge of Country Specific tax requirements • Experience in Idocs and Batch jobs. • Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area with this knowledge • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain composure under pressure in ambiguous and complex situations, independent thinker. • Positive attitude and the ability to work in changing situations and adept in problem solving and multi-tasking.
