📋 Description

• Facilitate the support and configuration of SAP TM module. • Good understanding in overall SAP S/4 HANA-TM shipper process. • Should have worked on XML message/ Batch job monitoring, OTR, DTR, FUBR, Freight order management, Charge calculation, FSD and ISD posting. • Good understanding of Purchase order, STO, Delivery integration to TM. • Responsible for the requirement gathering from business, configuration, E2E testing, user training and documentation. • Working knowledge in Reports/Enhancements. • Business Process Integration knowledge with MM and EWM Module. • Good understanding of Design, customize, configure and testing in TM module. • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. • Involvement in support & development activities with SAP best practices, according to client business process and resolution of incidents within SLA. • Knowledge in handling support ticketing tools and managing the deliverables within defined timelines. • Analyze functional and technical needs and identify gaps and alternative solutions relative to existing design. • Need to work as a team member in distinct phases of Support activities and contribute effectively. • Good written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences. • Good to have SAP Certification in SAP TM module.
