•We're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to empower our sales and marketing teams by optimising core processes, improving documentation, and supporting daily operations. •You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the team is equipped with the tools, insights, and materials they need to perform at their best, turning strategy into execution and complexity into clarity. •This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on making things more efficient, scalable, and impactful. •Streamline and optimise sales & marketing processes to increase efficiency and alignment across the funnel. •Conduct audits of current sales processes and propose strategic improvements. •Own and improve internal sales documentation (PPTs, one-pagers, playbooks, etc.) •Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to improve tools, templates, and workflows. •Facilitate onboarding for new sales team members and ensure consistent access to key resources. •Identify and fill gaps in enablement resources and best practices. •Support sales leadership with insights and materials to improve team performance and productivity. •Design, implement, and manage training on tools, processes, and strategies to empower commercial teams, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to global clients. •Develop a comprehensive onboarding and sales process training programme for new hires. •Support day-to-day sales operations (CRM admin, pipeline hygiene, reporting support, process updates)
•3+ years of experience in sales operations or sales enablement •1+ years experience within the business travel or corporate housing industry is desirable •Proven experience obtaining measurable improvements to the sales performance of a business •Experience working in a high-growth, scale-up environment is a MUST •Deep expertise with HubSpot CRM and other enterprise SaaS tools •Excellent problem-solving, project management, interpersonal and organisational skills •Ability to work cross-functionally and prioritise multiple projects •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Able to think strategically •Proactive mindset always looking for ways to improve and support the team
