Description

• AltScore is building its Product Organization, seeking talented individuals to drive product strategy. • Focus on delivering impactful product features for growth target and scaling headcount. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer success.

Requirements

• B2B SaaS Best Practices: Proven track record in implementing and managing product management best practices specifically within B2B SaaS environments. • Agile/Scrum Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including leading or participating in Scrum processes. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments to align product features with business goals. • Product Strategy & Execution: Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps that are aligned with business objectives. • Metrics & Performance: Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including product adoption, churn, and lifetime value (LTV). • Senior Leadership: For more senior positions, experience managing multiple product teams and driving strategic decisions. • Bilingual: Fluency in both Spanish and English is a plus. • Fintech Experience: Experience in the fintech or credit infrastructure space is highly desirable.

Benefits
