Description

• AltScore is seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to help scale our operations and product offerings as we grow 3x in headcount and 5x in ARR over the next 18 months. • This pivotal role will manage critical projects that span product development, client delivery, and internal operations. • You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. • This role requires a strong understanding of B2B SaaS, experience managing complex projects, and proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage dynamic project environments. • Responsibilities include project planning & execution, Agile & Scrum methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, risk management, stakeholder management, performance monitoring, and process optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS or B2B enterprise environments. • Proven success in managing large, cross-functional projects that impact revenue growth and client success. • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies, with experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments. • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are a plus. • Bilingual: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages. • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday) and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk management. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Benefits
