Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, conversion optimization, and using data-driven insights to drive marketing strategy. • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and others. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized marketing approaches.
