📋 Description
• Our client seeks a Sales Operations Analyst/Associate to optimize the sales process, drive pipeline efficiency, and support revenue growth. • The ideal candidate will be an expert in HubSpot CRM and leverage data analytics to ensure accurate sales forecasting, CRM hygiene, and overall sales cycle efficiency. • This role is integral to streamlining sales operations and enabling sales teams to perform at their highest potential. • This position can be based in India or Asia and offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic, high-growth team.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or partnership roles. • Excellent command of the English language. • Expert-level experience with HubSpot CRM and a deep understanding of sales automation tools. • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools. • Proven experience in B2B sales support, sales operations, or revenue operations. • Ability to interpret and visualize data to inform sales strategies and decision-making. • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized with a focus on operational efficiency. • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies. • Experience working in a high-growth fintech, payments, or SaaS environments is a plus.
