📋 Description
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts • Support internal and external audits with required documentation and analysis • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations • Process and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments • Collaborate with teams to ensure financial data accuracy • Identify process improvement opportunities within the accounting function • Take on ad hoc tasks as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or any related fields • CPA certification or equivalent (must have) • At least two years of experience in accounting or a related field • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards • Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Sage X3, and advanced Excel skills • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities • Keen attention to detail with effective communication and interpersonal skills
