Description

• Collaborate with the International Community Program Lead to develop and implement engagement strategies • Engage in regional and international work and collaborate closely with partnership managers • Assist in facilitating peer-to-peer networking among ambassadors through online forums and virtual events • Handle data entry and maintenance of the AMBOSSador program using HubSpot • Provide day-to-day support to AMBOSSadors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly • Own capacity-building strategies and support training sessions and workshops • Own recruitment and onboarding of new AMBOSSadors, ensuring alignment with program goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in English is a must, and other languages are a plus • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and data management • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment • Passion for community engagement and support, particularly within the medical or educational sectors • Project development notions
