Description
• Support in analyzing and optimizing our eCommerce processes (e.g., conversion optimization, A/B testing, user behavior analysis) • Assist in maintaining and optimizing our online shop (Shopify), including updating product descriptions, price changes, and managing the product catalog • Create, design, and send newsletters in collaboration with the marketing team, including recipient segmentation and analysis of newsletter performance • Assist in planning and implementing email marketing campaigns, as well as developing automation strategies for our newsletter workflows • Support in creating reports and analyses to evaluate campaign performance and derive optimization suggestions • Conduct product and competition analyses to improve product presentation in the online shop and identify new marketing potentials • Assist in general marketing activities, such as planning and executing advertising campaigns or supporting other marketing projects
Requirements
• Enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Media Management, eCommerce) • First experience in eCommerce or newsletter marketing, ideally through internships or previous working student roles • Analytical skills and a structured, goal-oriented work approach • Interest in digital marketing strategies and online shopping • High level of self-responsibility, motivation, and the ability to work independently • Very good German and English communication skills • Interest in premium products and ideally in the fashion or accessories industry
