Description

• Manage the Regional Construction Management Team. • Provide accurate and timely project status updates. • Attend and participate in weekly construction meetings. • Organize and maintain project related files and correspondence. • Assist with issuing bid packages to vendors and subcontractors. • Assist with procuring equipment through domestic and international supply chains. • Prepare spreadsheets, analyze proposals, and conduct project review meetings. • Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and regulatory safety standards. • Foster positive and effective business relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent years of work experience will be considered. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction/project management experience. • Competent experience managing large scale construction and engineering projects. • Competent experience installing and commissioning PV/BESS Equipment. • Competent experience installing and commissioning power electronics and controls. • Competent knowledge of utility, municipal, state, and federal renewable energy policies. • Proven ability to gather, validate, and analyze quantitative data and information. • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Project. • Proficiency with ProCore, SmartSheet, and related project management software. • Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills required. • Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing. • OSHA 30 Certification (Preferred) • NFPA 70E Certification (Preferred) • PMP Certification (Preferred) • NABCEP Certification (Preferred)
