Description

• Consult and implement cybersecurity protocols to safeguard the remote workforce’s systems and devices. • Monitor networks for signs of breaches or suspicious activities, including phishing attacks, malware, and ransomware. • Respond to security incidents to mitigate damage and prevent future threats. • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and security regulations to safeguard sensitive information. • Perform audits and risk assessments to identify and address security weaknesses. • Provide training and guidance to employees on security best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years in IT security, ideally with experience in e-commerce or retail environments. • Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, endpoint protection, and encryption methods. • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations is critical for ensuring compliance. • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve security threats efficiently. • Experience in supporting remote teams and managing security for employees using personal devices. • Knowledge of managing endpoint security solutions in a distributed work environment. • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar credentials are a plus.
