Description

• As the Project Communications Manager at Americanflat, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the company. • Focus on optimizing digital workspace tools, especially Notion. • Play a pivotal role in connecting teams, facilitating smooth workflows, and supporting leadership with tailored reporting and strategic insights. • Oversee the integration and management of project management systems. • Foster a collaborative environment and work closely with the leadership team to align internal communications with organizational goals. • Ensure alignment across all departments. • Manage digital workspaces such as Notion, ClickUp, and other communication platforms. • Design and implement workflows and communication strategies that promote transparency. • Work directly with leadership to craft tailored reports that provide insights into team performance. • Lead training initiatives for internal tools and systems. • Monitor the performance of internal communication and workflow systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly. • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, helping them implement and manage internal communication initiatives.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred. • Proven experience with Notion and other collaboration tools, with a portfolio demonstrating your work in digital workspace management. • Strong understanding of internal communications strategies, team collaboration, and workflow optimization. • Experience in managing and integrating project management tools such as Notion and ClickUp. • Proven ability to work with C-suite executives and senior leaders, crafting tailored reports, strategic initiatives, and internal communications. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously. • Exceptional training and support abilities, with a track record of helping teams effectively use digital tools and platforms. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and streamline workflows. • Experience in fostering a culture of transparency, communication, and collaboration in a remote or hybrid work environment.
