📋 Description
• Answer incoming calls/emails from customers for help desk support • Provide professional customer service and resolve or escalate issues • Perform user data corrections and general inquiries • Assist users with account management and alerts • Log service requests and solutions accurately • Educate end users on system usage and best practices • Maintain professionalism during stress
🎯 Requirements
• Active DOD Secret clearance or higher • One-year of help desk experience required • Able to work independently and responsibly without direct supervision • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • Attention to detail • Technical troubleshooting skills • Friendly presence and helpful attitude • Good interpersonal skills • Ability to provide technical support over the phone • Good phone skills • Accurate documentation of all work • Good writing skills • Good problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask effectively • Working knowledge of standard operating systems, applications, and networking • Must be a US Citizen
