📋 Description
• Conduct analysis of emerging DoD air system programs using modern digital engineering tools • Evaluate the acquisition and technology risks of air-systems programs and supporting development • Integrate analysis of digital engineering artifacts into the assessment • Work with a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionals • Manage your efforts within a mixed virtual-, in-person work center • Provide Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) and Systems Engineering support • Provide DTE&A Assessments and risk evaluations to OUSD(R&E), Milestone Decision Authorities, Services, and PEOs • Review and assess Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) • Evaluate test results, schedules, resources, and technological risks for program reviews • Develop papers, reports, and briefings targeted to senior OSD decision makers
🎯 Requirements
• 12 Years or more of experience • BS in technical field required, MS desired • Top Secret Clearance (SCI eligibility) • 10 years of experience overseeing engineering activities (e.g. requirements, design, integration, and test) • 8 years of experience supporting DoD Air Warfare MDAPs, developmental test and evaluation, and systems engineering and analysis • Experience with emerging MBSE, digital engineering-focused programs • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing • Ability to develop papers, reports, and briefings targeted to senior decision makers • Experience supporting OSD and/or Service Branch HQ organizations • Well versed in DoD 5000 instruction and DoDAF
