Description

• Join Amgen’s Mission of Serving Patients • Help make a lasting impact on the lives of patients • Responsible for driving the establishment, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of processes within the Commercialization framework • Work closely with cross-functional portfolio and product leaders • Develop, implement, monitor, control, and improve tools and business processes • Identify improvement opportunities through stakeholder feedback • Report into the Senior Director of Commercialization Model Innovation

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience • Or Master’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience • Or Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience • Or Associate’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience • Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of relevant experience • Advanced degree or strong demonstration of equivalent combination of relevant educational and professional training experience in leading cross-functional teams • Industry experience in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Healthcare-related field • Drug Development knowledge with basic to strong understanding of other functions relevant to the position • Consistent track record of implementing Project Management tools, methodologies, practices and infrastructure • Program and project management skills with experience operationalizing central initiatives • Independent, motivated, team member highly effective navigating a matrix environment • Emotional intelligence skills including influencing without authority
