📋 Description

• Join Amgen’s Technology organization as a Product Owner for Global Infrastructure Services to enhance workflows. • Lead SAFe Agile initiatives, fostering continuous learning and development. • Drive demand management, stakeholder engagement, and executive alignment. • Champion continuous learning programs and facilitate training sessions. • Collaborate with partners to design integrated process workflows. • Optimize program delivery and system performance using agile methodologies. • Provide leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and workflow enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Information Systems experience OR Associate’s degree and 8 years of Information Systems experience OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Information Systems experience. • Relevant experience in program management, infrastructure services, or enterprise technology within a global organization. • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist (SA) certification. • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification. • ITIL Foundation or higher certification. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO) certification. • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent foundational cloud-related certification. • Strong background in SAFe Agile methodologies, PI planning, and DevOps practices. • Experience managing demand pipelines, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement at an executive level. • Proven ability to drive learning and development initiatives in a cross-functional environment. • Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure services, cloud platforms, and IT operations. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
