📋 Description

• Join Amgen’s mission of serving patients • Help make a lasting impact on the lives of patients as we research, manufacture, and deliver innovative medicines • Responsible for integrating Process Development activities by developing and maintaining project timeline for pipeline projects • Focus on supporting programs in the pivotal phase • Develop and align plans and schedules for PD activities with business priorities • Capture associated project risks and develop mitigation plans • Communicate project status clearly to impacted collaborators • Assist in driving decision making for the project and track action items to completion • Partner with PD technical leads to identify key deliverables and activities • Ensure cross-functional alignment through integration of interdependent activities

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate Degree OR Master's Degree & 2 years of Project Management or Operations experience OR Bachelor's Degree & 4 years of Project Management or Operations experience OR Associate's degree & 8 years of Project Management or Operations experience OR High school diploma/GED & 10 years of Project Management or Operations experience • 10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or other Healthcare-related field • Direct CMC experience • Experience in an environment requiring one to foster collaboration and work effectively on cross-functional teams • Strong interpersonal and communication experience with the ability to effectively interface across all levels of the organization • Experience applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve results • Experience applying standard Project Management tools, and practices • Experience with MS Project, Excel and SharePoint
