Description
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient sprint planning, execution, and delivery of project deliverables using Agile practices. • Act as a servant leader and coach for the scrum team, fostering a culture of self-organization, continuous improvement, and collaboration. • Facilitate scrum events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, sprint reviews, and retrospectives), adhering to enterprise processes. • Work on maximizing team productivity, removing impediments, and escalating issues for prompt resolution. • Apply expertise in any IT domain(s) to aid in understanding complexities and streamlining the work breakdown of system configuration, validation and deployment. • Collaborate with functional managers, stakeholders, and other teams to align goals and maintain a unified project vision. • Implement and maintain Agile metrics and reporting for transparency and visibility to stakeholders. • Promote continuous improvement and enhancement of Agile processes, techniques, and frameworks.
Requirements
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification. • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and implementing Agile best practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address impediments effectively. • Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence is a must. • SAFe certifications and experience (preferred). • PMP or PMI-ACP Certification (preferred). • Experience in any or multiple IT domains, such as; Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Security, Service Desk (preferred).
