📋 Description
• Lead global cross functional teams including Engineering, Platforms, Service Delivery and Operations • Responsible for program timeline development, documentation and execution • Aligning program outcomes with business goals • Manage multiple related projects and ensure strategic objectives are met • Establish and maintain standard methodologies for project management • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and execute programs • Full accountability for program delivery on time and within budget • Identify potential threats early in the program and implement strategies to mitigate • Logging, tracking and timely closure of key program open risks and issues • Monitor and update systems to efficiently deliver accurate operational and financial reports

• Strong ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels within Amini and our customer’s organisation • Extensive work experience in project or program management leading cross functional teams • Positive “can do” attitude and ability to lead by example • Effective communication skills, with ability to build relationships internally and with customers at all levels in multiple locations • Flexible approach to problem solving • Robust decision-making principles • Excellent time management, organizational and prioritisation skills • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team • Risk management and conflict resolution
