📋 Description

• Amperon is the leading energy forecasting company. • You will lead cross-functional teams to build impactful solutions. • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, workflows, and industry trends within the utility grid and forecasting space. • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to uncover new product opportunities. • Identify and validate growth levers, working closely with the commercial team. • Translate customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements and roadmaps. • Partner closely with engineering to ensure smooth execution and remove blockers. • Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous learning. • Align product roadmaps to larger business and product strategy to maximize impact.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 3-7 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, energy, or forecasting solutions. • Strong track record of customer discovery, translating insights into actionable roadmaps. • You have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex systems and prioritize effectively. • Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with data in a complex domain to inform decisions and maximize impact. • Familiarity with ML forecasting models, utility grid management, or energy market dynamics is strongly preferred.
