• Manage and build the community across all MBM social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and new channels • Create and conceptualize content, including UGC • Monitor accounts by responding to comments, direct messages, and tagged stories promptly • Work closely with the Marketing Team and founder to embody Made by Mary’s brand voice and maintain a positive brand image • Plan, write, and schedule social media content, aligning with product launches and brand campaigns • Track and report social metrics to refine strategies • Participate in weekly marketing meetings to ensure social channels and influencer campaigns align with company goals • Collaborate regularly with PR, Marketing, and Product teams for consistent strategy and voice • Support PR and Affiliate agencies with necessary materials for launches and campaigns • Manage Facebook VIP Group, Made by Mary Facebook page, LinkedIn business page, and TikTok, focusing on content coordination and growth strategy • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices • Maintain awareness of cultural and world events to pivot strategies as needed • Ensure the Made by Mary brand identity and voice is consistently represented across all social media, ambassador activities, and PR efforts to build a strong community
• 5+ years of experience in a social media/influencer and/or ambassador role • Proactive and resourceful with a self-starter mindset • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with careful attention to detail • Positive attitude through thick and thin and an eagerness for all things MBM • Strong collaborator, communicator and team-player that people easily get along with (customers/influencers, brand founder, and with coworkers/team) • Ready to perform and meet deadlines in high pressure, fast-paced working environment • Experience maintaining a Social Calendar • Possess an eye for aesthetic curation and cohesive visual and written storytelling • Knowledgeable in a variety of photo/video editing apps for the creation of social assets
