Description
• Work as part of the Business Systems team to partner with the Supply Chain teams • Define and prioritize the product vision and strategy for ERP and CRM functions • Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on analysis to senior management • Facilitate communication across departments • Leverage various datasets to solve complex issues • Perform/facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and acquire vital approval • Document system improvements for the end-user and deliver training sessions • Evaluate and research standard practices for department and cross-department initiatives
Requirements
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related experience • Solid understanding of order fulfillment processes (5+ years) • Experience with Data management concepts and workflows • Solid research, analysis, and problem-solving skills • Experience communicating technical information to non-technical teams • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Experience successfully coordinating with professionals and managers/leaders • Experience creating and delivering high-quality presentations
