Description

• Join a talented team analyzing data to inform business strategy and product development. • Build reporting frameworks that drive strategic decisions across all departments. • Work with data scientists and engineers to provide reliable metrics and reports. • Analyze cross-selling patterns and provide insights into key metrics. • Empower customer success managers with usage and progress reporting. • Partner with Professional Development team to analyze cost trends and delivery methods.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or related role. • Fluency in SQL, especially its use in data analysis tasks. • Demonstrated ability to turn vague business problems into projects that data analysis and business intelligence can address. • Experience building and maintaining enterprise Business Intelligence reports like Looker or Tableau. • Excellent communication skills in writing and conversation, especially with non-technical partners. • A drive to understand data and key performance metrics and their relevance to our business and product decisions. • Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines and related tooling; understanding of relational data models, dimensional data models, and metric creation. • Experience working in agile teams and a willingness to participate in team rituals like Storytime, Story Splitting, Story Estimation, and Retrospectives. • Experience working with a cloud-based data warehousing and analytics stack (Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt).
