Description

• Develop Literacy Assessments: Collaborate with the product team to help develop and refine literacy assessments that are aligned with state and national standards. • Support Curriculum Alignment: Assist educators and school leaders in aligning their literacy programs with state standards. • Collaboration with Project Management Teams: Work closely with the project management team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Amplify’s products and services. • Customer Feedback and Market Insights: Collect feedback from educators and school leaders, sharing valuable insights with the Sales Leadership team. • Sales and Product Support: Assist the sales team in product demonstrations, presentations, and providing educational resources to clients.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in teaching, school system administration, or any education-related market experience supporting a sales function. • Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication). • Comfort with working in a deadline-driven project team environment. • Strong conversational skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and actively listen to customer needs. • Experience with literacy education, especially early literacy programs or curricula, is highly preferred. • Familiarity with literacy assessment development and how these assessments align with state and national educational standards. • Solid understanding of K-12 curriculum standards, particularly in literacy education, with the ability to advise educators on curriculum alignment. • Previous experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development and project management, to meet deadlines and deliver products that align with client needs. • Enthusiastic about technology in education and improving student outcomes. • Self-motivated and proactive in driving projects and meeting deadlines. • Strong ability to build relationships with educators, school leaders, and other stakeholders.
