Description

β€’ Support the management of a strategic market research program , using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to inform Literacy, Math, and Science product development, marketing, and sales strategies. β€’ Manage a research panel for in-house market research projects , ensuring optimal utilization while guaranteeing quality and timely delivery of projects. β€’ Design market research protocols and instruments , establish clear goals, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams as well as external research vendors to produce high-quality, actionable research deliverables. β€’ Conduct large-scale surveys, focus groups, and interviews and analyze and synthesize results to deliver impactful reports with clear business implications.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree β€’ 3+ years of market research experience, including qualitative and quantitative methods β€’ Experience with survey platforms such as Survey Monkey, Alida, and Alchemer β€’ Experience coordinating and communicating with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of an organization β€’ Excellent organizational and project management skills and strong attention to detail β€’ Market research experience in education publishing or ed-tech β€’ Experience teaching with or close familiarity with Amplify products β€’ Experience marketing elementary literacy programs β€’ Experience marketing products to schools and districts β€’ Experience in managing a market research panel β€’ Graduate degree in the social sciences or a related field
