🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role where you’ve thrived in a fast-paced environment. • Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools; expert-level Excel/Google Sheets; experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems. • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to translate complex data into straightforward, actionable insights. • Excellent communicator who can make financial data accessible and compelling to any audience. • Proactive problem-solver who doesn’t wait for solutions to come to them. • You thrive in a team environment and know how to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. • Experience in high-growth startups or consulting across multiple industries. • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other tools for advanced data analysis. • A CPA, CFA, or other professional certification.
