📋 Description

• As a Senior Solutions Consultant (Consulting & Operations), you will play a pivotal role in delivering transformative Smartsheet solutions for clients across the Nordics. • Unlike a traditional consulting role, this position offers deep hands-on involvement in solution implementation, working directly with clients to optimise processes, drive adoption, and ensure measurable business impact. • You will have the autonomy to take ownership of client projects, shape best practices, and play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives within AMX’s consulting framework. • With a focus on long-term client success, this is a unique opportunity to become a trusted advisor, delivering meaningful change in how organisations operate. • Leading end-to-end project delivery, from planning and scheduling to implementation and testing. • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing weekly calls, feedback loops, and overall project success. • Designing and implementing business process improvements, ensuring efficiency and standardisation. • Conducting risk assessments and establishing quality control measures to ensure seamless project execution. • Managing ongoing client relationships, driving adoption and identifying opportunities for solution enhancements. • Collaborating with internal teams to refine implementation strategies and deliver best-in-class solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a strong background in consulting, business process optimisation, or project management. • You have a strong skill set when it comes to Excel or Smartsheet or other work automation tools. • You are highly structured, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. • You thrive in client-facing environments and are confident leading training sessions and workshops. • You have experience with change management and can guide organisations through process transformations. • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency. • You are adaptable and solution-driven, able to take ownership of challenges and drive successful outcomes. • You’ve completed a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. • You speak English and Danish OR Swedish fluently.
