📋 Description
• Responsible for interactions with customers, inspectors, repair facilities, and part vendors • Handle inbound phone claims • Work in a call center environment focused on handling calls daily with expected performance metrics • Probe and troubleshoot mechanical breakdown claims • Review and verify repair costs using standard national labor guides • Use technical bulletins, recalls and system comments during the adjudication process • Document all interactions, research, and other claim-related information • Interface with customers, agents, dealers, and relevant parties to complete investigations • Review claims using the adjudication process established by department • Partner with other departments to identify options that support claims resolution • Maintain a continual working knowledge of products, services, and promotions • Communicate information back to the customers, dealers, and vendors clearly
