• Lead the architecture and design of high-performance mixed-signal systems • Conduct extensive simulations and validations of circuits • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Manage project timelines and deliverables • Prepare comprehensive design documentation • Contribute to the creation and protection of intellectual property through patents
• Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with a focus on analog/mixed-signal circuit design • 10+ years of industry experience, preferably within wireless systems • Strong expertise in CMOS process technologies, deep sub-micron nodes, and mixed-signal layout techniques. • Proficiency in EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, AMS and familiarity with hardware description languages (e.g. Verilog). • Proven track record of leading successful ADC/DAC/RX/TX/PLL designs and bringing them to production. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide less experienced engineers. • Familiarity with industry standards, protocols, and compliance testing.
