Description

• Responsible for supporting Global VM by providing design concepts and planograms for in-store presentations, animations and events. • Partnering with Creative Ops Sr Manager and VP VM for design solutions. • Support in creating disruptive retailer animations and engaging events. • Create and manage updates of Domestic planograms seasonally. • Ensure product placement follows brand standards. • Liase with Marketing and Sales on product fit. • Communicate and route planograms to cross functional partners. • Review engineering drawings for accuracy against planograms. • Provide design concepts and manage development for in-store animations. • Present concepts to key stakeholders and leadership. • Conduct store visits for execution review.

Requirements

• BFA or BA in Industrial Design or related field of study. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. • Must have experience in beauty industry and designing for retail environments. • Strong experience in reading technical drawings and creating planograms. • Strong attention to details, ability to execute flawlessly and clean product presentations. • Experienced in working with vendors and tracking to production milestones. • Able to present concepts both verbally and written. • Ability to take feedback and have a positive attitude. • Ability to work with minimal direction. • Works collaboratively and is a team player. • Strong organizational skills, can prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Highly motivated, self-driven and can work independently while meeting all deadlines. • Proficient in MAC Platform, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. • Sketchup or other 3D Rendering a plus.
