Description
• Lead development and execution of brand strategic plan for international sales • Collaborate with retailers and distributors to negotiate annual business plans • Manage and optimize the PNL monthly in line with budget objectives • Identify and qualify new market and channel opportunities • Provide regular sales reporting and analysis to management • Communicate with retailers and distributors about updates and planning
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 10 years of business experience in sales • Minimum of 5 years in international sales • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational/time management skills • Strong leadership skills • A collaborator, both internally and externally • Experience in managing international distributor and direct to retail model • Effective oral and written communication skills • Strong negotiation skills • PNL proficiency • Experience leading a team of 3 people • Agility and ability to work effectively with various time zones • Ability to work with data from multiple sources • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience in the luxury wholesale account management in the beauty or skincare industry
