• Drive the healthy growth of the engineering organization. • Help with hiring high-caliber Engineers, mentor team members, and drive processes for sustaining a high-performance engineering team. • Cultivate and contribute to Anchorage’s culture, coach and mentor team members, refine the roadmap, and assist with recruiting efforts. • Contribute to team growth, retention, and hiring moving forward.
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and growing a geographically distributed team. • Real world experience building complex distributed systems. • Proficiency in Go language preferred but other languages can be learned. • A focus on code quality, test infrastructure, and end-user experience. • Development of computer science fundamentals without a formal CS degree.
