Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand design and visual design, knowledge of UI/UX is a plus. • Ability to take ownership of the design process, think holistically, and articulate design decisions that deliver both user and business value. • Ability to balance creative and strategic elements to enhance brand recognition and engagement across platforms. • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments. • Worked alongside cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product teams, to ensure that design solutions meet business and customer needs. • Ability to give and receive feedback. • A special combination of the following traits: creative, humble, detail-oriented, self-aware, curious, thoughtful, and tenacious. • A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work. • Experience in designing for tech industry.
