• Demonstrated proficiency in processing payroll in Dayforce HCM • Meticulous attention to detail for accurately inputting data, conducting analysis, and generating reports. • End to end processing of semi-monthly and monthly global payroll. • Manage global benefits administration. • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and seamless payroll processing. • Address employee questions regarding payroll and benefits in a timely manner. • Administer enrollment and changes in benefits plans. • Manage sensitive employee data and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Prepare, analyze, and distribute global payroll & benefits reporting to stakeholders • Independently contribute to projects & integrations relating to global payroll and benefits administration • Manage ambiguity to create clear, concise, and digestible processes, documentation, and presentations for our Villagers. • Ensure that all projects incorporate existing policies and procedures to maintain consistency for our Villagers. • Identify opportunities for payroll and benefits enhancements, streamlining and improving the employee experience • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization to understand their needs and priorities. • Stay updated on changes in payroll and benefits regulations and best practices.
