Description

• Product Designers at Anchorage Digital develop a deep understanding of the products built and problems solved to create new patterns that merge traditional financial workflows with the world of crypto. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing complex enterprise products • Experience in building financial or crypto products • Ability to define strategy and solve challenges across iOS and Web platforms • Ownership of the design process, holistic thinking, and articulation of design decisions for user and business value • Deep understanding of creating usable, accessible modular designs • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead in cross-functional environments • Experience partnering with product managers and engineers • Ability to give and receive feedback, guide other designers • Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work and design thinking • Special qualities such as creativity, humility, attention to detail, self-awareness, curiosity, thoughtfulness, and tenacity • Bonus points for keeping up with blockchain and crypto innovations and being moved by the Hamilton soundtrack
