Description

• Reporting to the Manager of Technical Integration and Support, the Product Specialist focuses on configuring Andgo's solution for customers during implementation and providing technical support throughout the onboarding process as well as for its existing customers. • This role ensures smooth implementations, guiding customers from design to product launch and ongoing support. • Your ability to explain the Andgo platform to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through training and support is crucial for fully engaging users and ensuring successful product delivery. • Many of our customers are large enterprise organizations that require coordination across multiple areas when launching our platform, including privacy, security, data integration, workflow optimization, change management, training, and communication. • The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has experience with software rollouts and customer onboarding. • They are skilled at building strong technical relationships, collecting and evaluating customer insights, and proactively solving problems. • An exceptional candidate is empathetic, listens to customer needs, responds with urgency, and collaborates to enhance processes and materials for a better customer experience. • There is significant potential for growth in this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience) in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, Education, or a related field. • Ability to demonstrate Andgo’s modules, in various formats and with multiple audiences. • Exemplifies empathy for the user, built up by previous experience interacting with customers and users. • Exceptional communication, writing, ability to manage time and resources in the face of competing priorities. • Experience supporting the end-to-end implementation of projects. • Experience with enterprise-scale applications. • Experience with working in a software support organization. • Ability to troubleshoot problems that arise and identify commonalities. • Ability to create and deliver value that exceeds partner and team expectations.
