📋 Description
• As a Remote Reservation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role, being responsible for ensuring all bookings are processed accurately, promptly, and efficiently. • Working from a remote location, you will provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process. • Respond to reservations inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Assist customers in choosing the perfect adventure for their needs and budget. • Process reservations accurately and efficiently using our reservation system. • Communicate with tour guides and third-party vendors to confirm availability and confirm reservations. • Monitor and update availability calendars for various tours and activities. • Handle and resolve any issues or concerns related to reservations. • Continuously maintain and update reservation records and customer information. • Provide customers with detailed information about travel requirements and ensure all necessary documents are obtained. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure all sales targets and goals are met.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English is a must • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Knowledge of reservation systems and booking software • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • A passion to help others create unforgettable experiences • Must be 18 or over • Must be authorized to work in the US, UK or Australia. • Access to Wi-Fi, cell-phone and computer required
