Description

• Support full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives • Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices • Create and own the HR strategy aligned with the studio’s vision • Drive HR solutions, initiatives, and implementation of new processes or tools • Create learning and development programs for employees • Ensure policies and procedures are aligned with studio strategy, up to date, and legally compliant • Oversee employee processes like travel, onboarding, and exit procedures • Propose solutions to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity • Ensure legal compliance with applicable HR regulations • Lead performance assessment, salary reviews, and promotion cycles • Implement employee benefits programs and conduct orientations

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an HR Manager • Experience in an international or multicultural environment • Knowledgeable in all HR functions and best practices • Excellent communication (oral and verbal), presentation, and report building skills • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy • Adaptable and flexible person who understands the dynamic of fast-paced environments while being detail-oriented
