📋 Description

• At Angi®, we’ve had one simple mission for 30 years: get jobs done well. • We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Staff Analyst to join our team. • This role will focus on tracking and optimizing the performance of our pro sales team by leveraging advanced analytics to drive strategic business decisions and develop, monitor, and adjust compensation and commission plans. • You will work closely with sales executives, sales operations teams, and product managers to determine optimal staffing levels, report on and analyze the performance of our sales reps, and identify actions to optimize productivity and profitability. • As a key contributor, you will also support priority initiatives and the launch of new tools to improve overall sales efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • 8+ years of analytical experience in an e-commerce, marketplace, or home services-related field. • Strong proficiency in SQL as well as data analysis tools such as Python or R. • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. • Ability to build complex, but clear analytical models and forecasts in Excel and Google Sheets. • Experience developing and implementing sales and commission plans for a large sales organization. • Experience with headcount planning and sales organization support analytics preferred. • Proven ability to develop and apply predictive models to enhance sales performance. • Strong communication skills to present complex data to cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in coaching or mentoring junior team members.
