📋 Description
• Manage the general ledger, prepare journal entries, and ensure the accuracy of financial records • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and account reconciliations • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements • Support budgeting and forecasting processes • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing. • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management on financial performance • Collaborate with the team to streamline financial processes and implement best practices • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors • Assist the Head of Finance/Accounting as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required • 4+ years of accounting experience • Working knowledge of GAAP • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong numeracy and analytical skills • Good problem-solving and time-management skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented
